Directions from from Junction 21, M62
- A640, signposted Oldham (and Saddleworth)
- Continue on A640 by turning left at Newhey
(signposted Huddersfield and Saddleworth)
- Continue up and over the hill to Denshaw
- Turn half-right A6052 to Delph (keep to the
right of the Post Office)
- Through Delph village, crossing the A62 on
to Delph New Road and Dobcross New road (still A6052)
- Turn right onto A670 and through Uppermill
- Beyond the village centre, turn left onto Chapel
Road
- At the T junction, turn left onto Chew Valley
Road (A669)
- Within 100 yards, turn left onto Wellington
Road
- The race headquarters
and the start and finish are at the top of Wellington Road
